DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are subject to be produced within 4 weeks as of date of order placement.

All orders are subject to be delivered within 1 week as of date of production.

Alterations’ deliveries are ONLY free of charge when requests in production invoice are not respected.

All orders produced and not collected within 6 weeks are subject to be canceled with no refund.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

We shall not accept any exchange or refund as each piece is personalized according to the customer’s requests.

Alterations requested within 1 week of reception of the orders are free of charge.

Alterations requested post 1 week of reception of the orders will be charged according to the type of alteration.
